SHIPPING POLICY
Candles by Kahlil candles and melts are homemade and, at times, are made to order. Our goal, for standard orders (less than 10 candles, 10 melts) is to have your candles to you in 10 days from the time of the order. If your order exceeds 10 candles, 10 melts or contains custom items, we will contact you to discuss delivery dates. Need it there faster than ten days? Call us.
We may refrain from shipping during periods of excessive heat. If this occurs, customers will be contacted to discuss a a refund or an alternative delivery date.

Orders primarily ships via USPS Priority (two to three days) however will use other shipping methods and companies (e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc.) as needed.

Each order includes a $2.50 processing fee. The shipping fee is on a sliding scale dependant on the order subtotal.
Return & Exchange Policy
Candles by Kahlil strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Our products are made from 100% soy wax and high quality fragrance oils to produce wonderfully scented and clean burning candles.

If your order does not meet your expectations, contact us within seven days via email at contact@candlesbykahlil.com. Refunds, exchanges and replacements will be made on a case by case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns over $75.
